According to Lucky Tours policy all tours are sold on 100% pre-payment conditions. We take the payment by a bank transfer to our account (according to our invoice sent to your e-mail address). Another way of payment is by a credit card (Visa, Master Card).

NOTE: Once you have made the payment to your bank, please send us a copy of the bank transfer document, either by fax to 7 (4232) 449944 or by email to vladivostok@luckytour.com

Payment deadline for most tours is 3 weeks before arrival (in some cases when we need to pay for the services ordered by you – e.g. tickets, etc. – we need to get the payment 4 or 6 weeks before arrival date).

Cancellation and refunds

Once your booking has been confirmed by Lucky Tours cancellations can only be accepted in writing. In case you have to cancel your trip after sending us your payment the following charges will apply:

-         over 3 weeks prior to arrival date – 80 % refund

-         2-3 weeks prior to arrival date – 50% refund

-         1 week or less prior to arrival date – no refund

No refund will be given for any services included in the tour cost (accommodation, meals, transfers, etc.) and not utilized by a tourist for the reasons beyond the control of Lucky Tours.

In case no payment was sent to our account 3 weeks prior to arrival date all bookings made for the tourist will be cancelled.
